Refunds: It is in our interests to ensure guests have the best experience they can. Sometimes plans go wrong and a booking must be cancelled, we understand that. However, in many cases, particularly through busy periods, we may have turned numerous guests away because we were fully booked. A cancellation therefore hurts us considerably as most of our costs remain.
Therefore, we are happy to provide a full refund, less a small administrative fee of $10 if cancellations are made within a week of the arrival date.
If between one week and 48 hours notice, we will provide a 100% accommodation credit that is valid for 12 months or a refund less a $30 charge for administration and potential loss of business.
Inside the 48 hour period, we will provide a credit that is valid for 12 months but we will not provide a refund as it becomes very difficult to re-book the accommodation at such short notice.
Please understand that is today’s electronic world, we must declare availability or otherwise on numerous on-line booking systems which cannot be adjusted at short notice.
